OTPgo digital banking

OTPgo is a brand new digital banking service of OTP banka d.d., integrating the existing services of OTPDirect, OTP mobile banking and m-token, and replacing them. By signing up for OTPgo service, you gain access to the internet and mobile banking, and the m-token service, all in a single application. The new service provides a unique user experience, combining the existing and new functionalities. Going forward, these functionalities will undergo continuous development for the sake of even more compelling user journey.

How to avail yourself of OTPgo service?

 

Contracting OTPgo service

The existing OTP banka customers who have not been using the digital banking service so far can apply for the OTPgo service in any of OTP banka branches, whilst the non-customers can either visit a branch or contract the service using digital channels, that is, by contracting OTP banka Digital Package (directly in the application or through our official internet site), which – among other features – also contains this service. Switching to OTPgo service

You can switch to the OTPgo mobile service in just a few easy steps. All customers using the OTP mobile banking application and m-token will receive a notification about switching to OTPgo during 2024. These are the options available for switching to the OTPgo service: You can switch to OTPgo remotely. The customers using the OTP mobile banking application and m-token will receive a notification about switching to OTPgo on their mobile devices.

If you would like to start using the service immediately, it can be arranged in one of our branches.

  • Internet banking

Same as so far, you can activate OTPgo via our internet banking service, using the physical token, and thus save yourself a trip to the bank.

M-token

A novelty is that m-token becomes a part of the OTPgo service. By activating the OTPgo service, one automatically activates the m-token service, as it is a constituent segment of the application and can be accessed through the application. However, customers who only wish to use the m-token service will still be provided an option of contracting it separately, without having to contract the entire OTPgo service. 

OTPetica (OTPrize)

Sign up for the loyalty scheme of OTP banka d.d., have fun and win valuable prizes offered by our partners. The application is free and is accessible through OTPgo application.

 

 

Notes

Limit management

One-off modification of the variable daily limit can be made by calling the Contact Centre at 0800 21 00 21 or 072 21 00 21 or via chat available as a part of OTPgo service, whilst to arrange a permanent increase of the available limit, one must visit a branch or contact their premium or private banker.

Security

The OTPgo application for iOS and Android mobile platforms is protected by a PIN known solely to the owner of the mobile device, and by other integrated security mechanisms, which protect the customer in case of a theft or a loss of the mobile device. As a guarantee of data confidentiality, no data related to the accounts and the PIN are to be saved on the mobile phone. In addition, the application shuts down automatically after two minutes of idle time, and locks out after three consecutive incorrect PIN attempts.
