Special lines of credit exclusively for farmers

Setting up OTP Agro Package, you become eligible to special lines of credit intended exclusively for farmers:

Agribusiness loans based on eligibility for subsidies - utilised as all-purpose loans, paid out to the transaction account of the borrower. Loan cap is set in accordance with the agribusiness subsidies paid out for the previous year, and based on the submitted application for subsidy for the current year. Such loans are repaid in bullet payment at maturity, and can be fully repaid from the subsidy or from own funds.
Agribusiness loans for working capital purposes - used on a revolving principle, or repaid in instalments, where 20 % of proceeds can be utilised by crediting the borrower's transaction account. They are primarily intended for funding of autumn and spring sowing, as well as for funding of the costs of seasonal works in olive and wine growing, and in livestock breeding and dairy industry.
Agribusiness loan facilities in the form of transaction account overdrafts - can be taken by simply overdrawing one's transaction account, and using the proceeds as necessary.
Agribusiness investment loans - are approved with the repayment period of 10 years (including 12 month of grace period), and their basic purpose is purchase of agricultural machinery and land.
Agribusiness loans offered by the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) - in OTP banka you can contract most of the loans from HBOR's lending programmes.
