Do you wish to learn more about our screening process?
The screening process is transparent and has three rounds. The first round of screening consists of psychological tests aimed at determining candidates' personality traits and their intellectual potential, as well as the level of knowledge of the English language. The top scoring candidates make the second round of the screening process. In the second round shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the members of the Commission, whereas the third round is the final phase of the screening process where the best candidate is selected for the job.
