The Markets department of the OTP banka d.d. is engaged in trading in markets products on behalf of and for the account of the OTP banka d.d., trading in markets products with customers of the OTP banka d.d. and mediation in the buy / sale of all financial instruments on domestic and foreign markets.

The Markets department consists of the Markets Sales Team, the Trading Team and the Brokerage Team.

Markets Sales Team

The basic responsibilities of the Markets Sales Team are: trade in markets products with customers of the OTP banka d.d., establishing and developing good business relationship with customers and providing customers of the OTP banka d.d. with all the necessary information in scope of financial markets.

Trading Team

The basic responsibilities of the Trading Team are: trade in markets products on behalf of and for the account of the OTP banka d.d., market maker for the Markets Sales Team, support to the ALM Department and setting of exchange rate list of the OTP banka d.d.

Brokerage team

OTP banka is an active participant on securities markets for many years. Furthermore, the Bank is a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Central Depository and Clearing Company (CDCC), through which the transactions executed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange are cleared and settled. The Bank performs all transactions related to clearing and settlement for its customers, i.e. transfer of title and funds after the purchase or sale of financial instruments.
