Brokerage team

OTP banka is an active participant on securities markets for many years. Furthermore, the Bank is a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Central Depository and Clearing Company (CDCC), through which the transactions executed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange are cleared and settled. The Bank performs all transactions related to clearing and settlement for its customers, i.e. transfer of title and funds after the purchase or sale of financial instruments.

The services rendered by the Brokerage Team are:

  • mediation in the purchase / sale of all financial instruments listed on the ZSE (shares, bonds, rights, etc.)
  • reporting to customers on completed transactions
  • providing information on the current supply and demand of all securities listed on the ZSE
  • transfer of title through the CDCC
  • storage of data on all transactions
  • agent transactions of securities issuance
  • underwriting of securities issuance
  • providing services tailored to meet the individual needs of each customer
  • representation at public auctions through the computer system of the Zagreb Stock Exchange

 

We enable our customers to trade on the Zagreb Stock Exchange through authorised brokers (by phone), and Internet trading via the online trading application OTP e-trader.

In addition to the above-mentioned services, the Brokerage Team of OTP banka offers its customers trading in financial instruments on important foreign markets, all in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
