OTP banka provides services to the issuers on the capital markets when they choose an alternative types of financing compared to traditional credit instruments, which includes services of placing or sale of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis and services of placing or sale of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis.
The basic services are as follows:
- Placing or sale of debt securities:
- Money market instruments – establishment of the Programme and origination of commercial papers
- Long-term securities – bonds
- Placing or sale of equity securities:
- Through (initial or secondary) public or private offer of shares
- Through an offer of shares with an exception to publish a prospectus
- Issuance of structured securities with characteristics of debt and equity securities, securities with special terms of issue (for example with special collateral: securitisation of assets, future cash receipts, etc.)
- Other services in the field of primary market capital, which include, inter alia:
- Advising on employee participation in privatisation of a company (e.g. ESOP and/or other forms of employee participation)
- Advisory services in the process of taking over of companies
