This service is free of charge, which means that the Bank neither charges the setting up nor the use of this service. The client merely pays the standard price to the telecommunication service provider.
The information are in spoken form. All OTP banka clients can fill in the application for the telephone service and submit it to any of the branches to get the user number and password.
Once your application is granted, you will be issued the user number (PIN) and the password that will enable you to access the most recent information at all times. The user number and the password issued to you provide the access to the telephone service and the eLEMENT@ light service via Internet.
