Entrepreneurship loans

Entrepreneurship loans are short-term loans intended for notaries public, attorneys-at-law, accountants, chartered auditors, pharmacists, dentists, doctors, veterinarians and members of the Croatian Chamber of Architecture and civil engineers who make most of their income from their basic activity.

Lending terms and conditions

Short-term loan for entrepreneurs

Loan amount:

  • from HRK 20,000 (depending on the customer's credit worthiness), where up to 70% of the proceeds can be credited to the supplier's account, and up to 30% of the proceeds to the customer's transaction account

Front-end fee:

  • 1.50%, but not less than HRK 500 of the granted amount, payable from the granted proceeds

Repayment deadline

  • Up to 12 months

Purpose

  • funding of seasonal works
  • funding of contracted works for delivery of goods or services
  • funding of other working capital needs
  • repayment of loans taken for the same purpose in other banks

Security instruments

Depend on the borrower's creditworthiness and the loan amount:

  • Bills of exchange and debit notes of the legal entity and debit notes of its owner
  • Lien on a real estate (mortgage)
  • Other security instruments
  • Short-term loan in the form of an overdraft

Loan amount:

  • Depends on the borrower's creditworthiness

Front-end fee

  • HRK 150 of the loan amount, depending on the amount

Loan repayment term

  • Up to 12 months

Purpose

  • No restricted purpose

Security instruments

  • Loans in the amount of up to EUR 25,000 in HRK equivalent can be backed with negotiable security instruments only.
  • Security for loans in excess of that amount is negotiated with the borrower.
